Watermelon-Ginger-Mint Cooler

Ingredients

  • A quarter (~1 kg) of a watermelon

  • 1-inch piece of ginger

  • ¼ cup fresh mint leaves

  • 3 tablespoons Honey

Spices

  • Salt & black pepper to taste

Method

  • Peel the watermelon, deseed and chop roughly.

  • Blend everything till smooth.

  • Pass the contents through a strainer.
