Watermelon-Ginger-Mint Cooler

Ingredients
A quarter (~1 kg) of a watermelon
1-inch piece of ginger
¼ cup fresh mint leaves
3 tablespoons Honey
Spices
- Salt & black pepper to taste
Method
Peel the watermelon, deseed and chop roughly.
Blend everything till smooth.
Pass the contents through a strainer.
