๐ฅ Ingredients (300 g)
1 tsp lemon juice
2.5 Tbsp jaggery/honey
2.5 Tbsp water
1 tsp Himalayan salt
1.5 tsp white mustard seeds (ground)
1 tsp parts golden flax seeds (ground)
13 Tbsp olive oil (cold pressed)

Mix everything.
Use a blender (or fork) to foam the sauce.

1 cup cashew
0.5-1 cup water
1 tsp lemon juice
0.5 tsp salt

Soak cashew overnight (or for 30 mins at least).
