Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 3 cups diced potatoes

  • 0.5 cup coconut milk (or normal milk)

  • 3 tbsp olive oil

  • 3 tbsp soy sauce (optional)

  • 2 nori sheets (optional)

Spices

  • 1 tbsp spices mix (Sambhar Masala or Curry or Provencal herbs)

  • salt & paper to taste

You can use only black paper and it will still be tasty ๐Ÿ˜Š ๐Ÿ™

Steps

  1. Dice potatoes into large cubes.

  2. Boil potatoes for 10-15 mins until they are soft.

  3. Pure water.

  4. Mix everything, and start smashing with a stick.

Goes well with Yogurt-Mint Sauce.
