3 cups diced potatoes
0.5 cup coconut milk (or normal milk)
3 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp soy sauce (optional)
2 nori sheets (optional)
1 tbsp spices mix (Sambhar Masala or Curry or Provencal herbs)
salt & paper to taste
You can use only black paper and it will still be tasty 😊 🙏
Dice potatoes into large cubes.
Boil potatoes for 10-15 mins until they are soft.
Mix everything, and start smashing with a stick.
Goes well with Yogurt-Mint Sauce.
